Before you think this post is about something sordid, it’s not. Sorry to disappoint you but this isn’t that type of blog. This post, and the second part next week with YouTube video (!), is about how important it is to take care of yourself every day of the year, not just Valentine’s Day. How amazing are the clothes in this this lady’s Instagram feed? They’re very Betty Draper-esque! Betty Draper is a style and a personal idol of mine because she didn’t give a damn what people thought about her. Awesome lady.
As someone who eats healthily ninety percent of the time I find it easier to make my own granola and muesli as a lot of shop bought cereals have added sugar, preservatives and other nasties added to them!
How on earth is it February already!? January seems to have sped by (and thank goodness for that! – But still remember to resist and persist in February) What have you guys been up to this week?
